Course Description:

“Laminating” dough refers to the process of folding butter into dough multiple times to create very thin alternating layers of butter and dough. This course provides students with an understanding of the ingredients and methods used in creating beautiful pastries. 5 sessions, 6hrs per sessions

  • Beef Pies
  • Cheese Pies
Danish Pastries:
  • Braided Coffee Cakes
  • Cinnamon and Raisins roll
  • Apple Rosettes
  • Cherry Vol-au-vents
  • Apricot Pinwheels

  • Turkey Sandwiches
