Ms. Lisa Jessamy, founder/consultant of Andalise Consulting is adept at maintaining organisation, systems and processes in small businesses/project teams. She has over 18 years combined experience in client relations, project and event management, small business operations, sales and marketing, communication and media relations, human resources recruitment, proposal, policy and procedures administration. As a general manager she contributed her skills at several multi-sector local and international organisations and has over 10 years’ experience as a member of event organising committees notably the THTI Annual Taste of Tobago Golf Classic, Suntory Europe/Schweppes International Ocean Day Beach Clean Up, Transparency International Transparency Workshops, Samaroo Jets Steel Orchestra Concerts – Original Notes and Songs from the Silver Screen, Spark Education, Secondary School’s Career Fairs. She has successfully planned annual VIP micro events and conferences for 15 years. She is a former Manager, Client Services at HRC Associates, Associate Editor at Guardian Media – Special Publications Unit, Human Resources Specialist at Crews Inn Group of Companies and is the owner of the lifestyle and cultural media brand, including the Everywhere Trinidad, Tobago and Caribbean. Ms. Jessamy has an Associate of Science Degree in Public Relations and Journalism from COSTAATT along with 10+ years in leadership training and human development through professional mentors, associations and academic institutions such as ACCA, Cornell University and Rodale University. She is an alumnus of the eCornell Women’s Entrepreneurship Program sponsored by Bank of America Institute for Women’s Entrepreneurship at Cornell University and participant of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women programme. She is an avid learner, loves gardening and holds several certificates in agriculture. As a sustainable gardener she is passionate about regenerative agriculture, reducing poverty, cultural and climate change initiatives. As a creative and former Carnival adjudicator she enjoys writing and art appreciation.
