You are required to pay 100% of the total cost at least seven (7) working days prior to commencing of training. If you are unable to pay the full amount before the start of classes, you have the option of making 50% down payment and the balance payable by the middle of the programme.
Persons that choose to make payments via the bank account: the receipt must be emailed or Whatsapp to 477-8910 one (1) week before commencing of training.
Should THTI cancel a scheduled class before its commencement, THTI will refund 100% of the course fee.Â
Should an applicant having paid all the required fees withdraw before the start of a scheduled class (having not attended any classes) a 10% penalty fee will be charged.
Should an applicant having paid all the required fees withdraw after the start of a scheduled class (having attended at least one (1) class) a 20% penalty fee will be charged.
No refund is applicable should an applicant having paid all the required fees withdraw after attending two (2) or more than two (2) classes
Should an applicant having paid part of the required fees withdraw before the start of a scheduled class (having not attended any classes) a 10% penalty fee will be charged.
Should an applicant having paid part of the required fees withdraw after the start of a scheduled class (having attended at least one (1) class) a 50% penalty fee will be charged.
No Refund is applicable should an applicant having paid part of the required fees withdraw after attending two(2) or more than two (2) classes.
Applicants in cases 2 and 3 will be given the option to transfer to another course or the same course being offered at another date.

Participants will learn industry best practices and practical skills to create memorable and well-executed events, from corporate conferences and fundraisers to weddings and festivals.

Explore the creative process of event conceptualization. Learn how to brainstorm themes, identify objectives, and transform ideas into tangible event blueprints. This module also covers defining event formats and understanding audience needs.
3. Budgeting and Financial Management for Events
Balancing Creativity and Costs: Discover the intricacies of event budgeting, from estimating costs for venues, catering, and entertainment to setting realistic ticket prices and managing financial resources efficiently. This module teaches students how to create and stick to a budget while maximizing value.
4. Event Marketing and Promotion Drawing the Crowd:
Learn how to craft effective marketing campaigns to promote your event and attract the right audience. This topic covers social
media marketing, email campaigns, influencer partnerships, and traditional marketing tactics, as well as how to measure the success of your promotional efforts.
5. Venue Selection and Vendor Management
Choosing the Right Space: Selecting the perfect venue is crucial to an event’s success. In this module, students learn how to evaluate potential venues, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with vendors such as caterers, decorators, and AV providers to create seamless event experiences.
6. Logistics and Operation Mastering the Details:
From event timelines and floor plans to managing transportation, permits, and accommodations, this module teaches students how to ensure smooth event operations and deliver an exceptional experience for guests.
7. Risk Management and Contingency Planning
Expect the Unexpected: Every event comes with risks—whether financial, legal, or logistical. Learn how to identify potential risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure your event is compliant with safety regulations and best practices.
