World Food Day Tobago 2024 – THTI Ag. CEO Mr. Kirton Sorias and Students.

THTI had the honor of participating in Tobago’s World Food Day celebration at Shaw Park on the 17th October, showcasing our commitment to sustainable food practices and culinary innovation in this year’s theme “Right to Foods for a better life and a better future.”

World Food Day highlights the importance of addressing global hunger, promoting food security, and encouraging sustainable agriculture—values that align perfectly with THTI’s vision as the only culinary institute in the region. 

As we continue to train the next generation of culinary professionals we emphasize the need for responsible food sourcing and sustainable culinary practices, ensuring our graduates contribute to a healthier, more food-secure world.
