Course Description:
This foundation course introduces the basic knowledge required to pursue a career in the Food and Beverage Industry. Students will be engaged through lectures, research project, class discussions and practical sessions in an effort to understand the core of dining room service. There is an increasing demand for professionalism in food and beverage service, as such this programme seeks to introduce a range of technical skills required to function as part of a professional team.
