ATTENTION ALL SUPPLIERS & CONTRACTORS – Register with the Procurement Depository

The Tobago Hospitality and Tourism Institute wishes to advise the public that the
Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property Act, No. 1 of 2015 was fully
proclaimed on Wednesday 26th April, 2023 (Legal Notice No. 106, No. 5 of 2023).
As such and in keeping with the requirements of the Office of Procurement
Regulation (OPR), Suppliers/Contractors interested in conducting business with the
Tobago Hospitality and Tourism Institute, MUST be registered
with the Procurement
Depository of Trinidad and Tobago.

Section 26 (3) of the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property Act,
No.1 of 2015 places the full responsibility on the Supplier/Contractor to ensure the
accuracy of the information submitted. Please email all queries or concerns to
