The Tobago Hospitality and Tourism Institute (THTI), in collaboration with National Flour Mills (NFM) and Trinidad and Tobago Fine Chocolate (Trinitario) proudly hosted a resoundingly successful Easter Master Baking Class on April 5th and 6th, 2025, at the THTI campus.



The two-day workshop welcomed 21 enthusiastic participants, each eager to sharpen their baking skills just in time for the Easter season. Guided by expert facilitators Chef Vergiss Lovelace & Chef Darrel Thomas powered by quality NFM and Trinitario products. The attendees delved into traditional and contemporary baking techniques, learning how to perfect Easter staples and festive treats.
This initiative was part of THTI’s ongoing mission to provide accessible, high-quality culinary education while strengthening partnerships with local industry leaders like National Flour Mills and Trinitario. THTI extends heartfelt thanks to all participants and to NFM and Trinitario for their continued commitment to culinary development in Tobago. We look forward to hosting more community-focused workshops in the near future.
