Event Description:

The Sea Food Fair Special Edition Fish Friday on June 30, 2023 at Shaw Park Food Hub will feature the participation of THTI Culinary Arts Students. Commencing at 10am, this event organized by the Division of Food Security, Natural Resources, the Environment & Sustainable Development is a remarkable addition to the World Ocean Day calendar of events, dedicated to “celebrating our blue heritage.” The students will captivate the audience with a live demonstration showcasing their culinary expertise in preparing lionfish and breadfruit!
