Deepen your love for all things culinary. Learn about food technology and management, professional standards and skills to function effectively in a commercial kitchen. Our programme provides students with intensive professional and practical experience and a hands-on approach to the daily operation of a professional kitchen. The programme focuses on developing culinary skills, problem solving, and challenging students to critically evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of culinary operations and identify entrepreneurial approaches to operations. For the Food Prep 3 Course work, students will demonstrate all the skills and knowledge acquired during their programme of studies by hosting Student Dinners which are formal dining experiences.
