Start with Papa a la Huancaína toasts, a fresh fruit station and Solterito salad. Watch the live Arroz Chaufa omelette station, enjoy Causa de Pescado cups, and choose your main: Pollo a la Brasa sandwich with ají verde and yuca fries, or Seco de Cordero hash. Finish with mini Arroz con Leche and King Kong tartlets. Sip Chicha Morada spritz, a Pisco Sour mimosa, or coffee and tea.
