Ms. Shermane Rivers is the founder and owner of the House of Tea, the first tea café in the Eastern part of Trinidad, and the Principal Consultant of the Etiquette School of the Caribbean. With over 20 years of experience in hospitality management and customer service, she is a consummate professional known for her attention to detail and high standards of excellence.

As a new lecturer at THTI in the Food and Beverage field, Mrs. Rivers-Joseph, a certified etiquette consultant, events planner and customer service trainer. she is committed to teaching students how to enhance customer experiences and implement innovative strategies for business improvement.
