Government Assistance for Tuition Expenses (GATE) – Available to eligible Trinidad & Tobago nationals pursuing approved programmes.

Entry Requirements

THTI offers interested students several options to meet the requirements for the enroling into any of our Associate Degree Programmes. Review the list below which ONE best describes your current qualifications:

CSEC
  • Five (5) subjects, including English & Mathematics (Grades I–III),

OR

  • Four (4) subjects, including English & Mathematics, plus one (1) year industry experience in the relevant area.
  • Five (5) subjects, including English & Mathematics (Grades A–C),

OR

  • Four (4) subjects, including English & Mathematics, plus one (1) year industry experience in the relevant area.
  • Diploma or equivalent secondary-level qualification
