Tobago Restaurant Experience

Introducing the menu that will be offered by the Top O’ the Mill Restaurant at the Tobago Hospitality and Tourism Institute during the Tobago Restaurant Experience. The fine dining experience will be delivered by Culinary Arts and Food & Beverage Operations students, guided by the Institute’s Lecturers and Master Chef’s. The Tobago Restaurant Experience will take place from December 1 to 8, 2019 as part of the annual Tobago Day Celebrations. The concept was introduced by the Tobago House of Assembly in 2018.
