Chef Kwesi Selvon has over 16 years experience in instructing various baking and pastry arts courses. He has worked at Trinidad and Tobago Hospitality Institute (TTHTI), University of Trinidad and Tobago(UTT) and Tobago Hospitality Institute (THTI). He has taught students with different levels of baking experiences to produce baked items at a high level of quality in a supportive learning environment. Chef Kwesi Selvon is the Founder of Youuchef , a YouTube Channel dedicated to his passion of teaching Baking. He also recently launched his product line of Youuchef Pancake Mixes that offer up to nine different local fruit and vegetable flavours available at all Massy Stores. Chef Kwesi has a Bachelor in Culinary Management and a MBA in Business Administration. Youuchef has created this exciting baking and pastry short course designed with you in mind.
