THTI PROCUREMENT

Register as a Supplier/Contractor/Consultant

To be registered as a supplier/contractor/consultant, applicants are required to complete the steps outlined in the registration process and make a non-refundable registration fee payment of TT $250.00

(Two Hundred and Fifty TTD Dollars).

 

The Tobago Hospitality and Tourism Institute will not cover any costs incurred by firms or individuals during the preparation and or submission of their registration documents and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any other tender or proposal.

Payment Instructions

OPTION 1: Online Credit Card Payment

Enter your Fee (TTD $250.00)

(IMPORTANT) For the Transaction Fee Option, click on the down arrow and select “Deduct from Amount Above” (No Additional Fees to Payee).

Add your email address

In The “Send A Message to THTI” Section, add your company’s name and Supplier Registration Fee. For Example: (XXX Company Ltd, Supplier Registration Fee).

Submit an image of the proof of payment along with your application to procurement@thti.edu.tt Please state your company’s name and state “Supplier Registration Fee” as the email’s subject.

OPTION 2: Bank Transfer or Direct Bank Deposit

Pay (TTD $250) to the Tobago Hospitality and Tourism Institute, First Citizens Bank, Scarborough, Tobago, Account number 2491691.

Submit an image of the proof of payment along with your application to procurement@thti.edu.tt Please state your company’s name and state “Supplier Registration Fee” as the email’s subject.
