Course Description:

The Art of Cakes and Quick breads is designed for persons interested in learning a new skill orĀ improving their baking skills. The course provides students with an understanding of theĀ ingredients and methods used. Students will also learn to work with different types of Cakes and Quick Bread. 5 sessions, 6 hours per session

  • Raisins and cinnamon cream scones
