The Tobago Hospitality and Tourism Institute (THTI) invites suitably qualified consultants to submit Expressions of Interest for the development of a Chocolate Laboratory Innovation Kitchen.

Location: Blenheim, Tobago
Terms of Reference:
A consultant is required to conduct a feasibility assessment for the proposed Chocolate Laboratory Innovation Kitchen. Duties include:
- Site topography review
- Structural review
- Water and electrical installation plan
- Material specification plan
- Construction scope of works and budget
- Kitchen and café layout plan
- Procurement plan for materials
- Drainage survey and grease traps survey
- Health & safety and emergency site plans
Criteria:
Applicants must be registered contractors in full compliance with government tax obligations ∙ Must clearly demonstrate a track record of commercial development in Trinidad & Tobago ∙ Experience in the food sector is preferable
