TENDER NOTICE – Consultant Required to Conduct Feasibility Assessment

The Tobago Hospitality and Tourism Institute (THTI) invites suitably qualified consultants to submit Expressions  of Interest for the development of a Chocolate Laboratory Innovation Kitchen. 

Start Date: May 2025 

Location: Blenheim, Tobago 

Terms of Reference: 

A consultant is required to conduct a feasibility assessment for the proposed Chocolate Laboratory Innovation  Kitchen. Duties include: 

• Site topography review
• Structural review 
• Water and electrical installation plan 
• Material specification plan 
• Construction scope of works and budget 
• Kitchen and café layout plan 
• Procurement plan for materials 
• Drainage survey and grease traps survey 
• Health & safety and emergency site plans 

Criteria: 

Applicants must be registered contractors in full compliance with government tax obligations ∙ Must clearly demonstrate a track record of commercial development in Trinidad & Tobago ∙ Experience in the food sector is preferable
