Project Manager

Ms. Lisa Jessamy, founder/consultant of Andalise Consulting is adept at maintaining organisation and productivity in small businesses. She has over 15 years combined experience in client relations, project management, small business operations, sales and marketing, communication and human resources administration and policy and procedures development. 

Having worked with several multi-sector local and international organisations, she has over ten year’s experience as a member of event organising committees notably the THTI Annual Taste of Tobago Golf Classic, Suntory Europe/Schweppes International Ocean Day Beach Clean Up, Transparency International Transparency Workshops, Samaroo Jets Steel Orchestra Concerts – Original Notes and Songs from the Silver Screen, Career Fairs and seasonal high profile corporate events and webinars. 

She was formerly the Manager, Client Services at HRC Associates,  an Associate Editor at Guardian Media – Special Publications Unit, and Human Resources Specialist at Crews Inn Group of Companies. She  is the owner of the lifestyle and cultural media, Everywhere Tobago and Everywhere Trinidad. 

Ms. Jessamy has an Associate of Science Degree in Public Relations and Journalism from COSTAATT along with 10+ years in leadership training and human development through various professional associations and academic institutions such as ACCA, Cornell University and Rodale University. She recently completed the eCornell Women’s Entrepreneurship Program sponsored by Bank of America Institute for Women’s Entrepreneurship at Cornell University.

She is trained in areas of agriculture and horticulture and is an avid gardener, who is passionate about regenerative agriculture, culture and climate change initiatives.
